The University of Alaska, Anchorage and other sponsors are joining together to provide two days of free dental care to individuals who are on a limited budget and have NO dental insurance.

Patients will be treated on
Friday December 2, 2011 and
Saturday December 3, 2011 from 8:30-4:30.

The services will be limited to exams, radiographs, cleanings, sealants, amalgam restorations and composite restorations. Extractions will be on a “simple extraction” basis per the dentist’s discretion. All patients for this free clinic must go through the lottery process.

 

ENTRIES ARE DUE BY NOVEMBER 15th, so please share and help families apply as soon as possible to be included in the lottery.
