Although our focus is upon the satisfaction of those who receive services under the programs we administer, we consider service providers our consumers, as well.Simply put, we couldn't do it without you.Correspondingly, as our service providers, you rely on us to provide guidance and direction. Elements of a successful quality assurance program, from the perspective of service providers, would be:
- Clear communication of expectations and program requirements
- Timely and accurate responses to requests for technical assistance and guidance
- Progress reports on meeting measurable consumer satisfaction outcomes
- Consistent and useful feedback on meeting quality expectations and program requirements
- Increased training opportunities
