Over 30,000 women have been screened by the Alaska Breast and Cervical Health Check Program. Most women are relieved to learn that they do not have cancer. The women who were diagnosed with breast cancer or cervical cancer are glad that, in most instances, they discovered their cancer early. Here are some of their stories.
