ALASKA KIDS DON'T FLOAT PROGRAM
Personal Floatation Device (PFD) loaner program for use at harbors and boat ramps.
Education that teaches high school students about water safety and PFD use; these students in turn teach elementary school students the same skills, adapted to their age level.
