FREE PUBLIC FORUM – ARTHRITIS AND YOU
(ANCHORAGE) – One in four Alaskan adults has been diagnosed with arthritis. Another one in five has chronic joint pain. Arthritis presents a serious public health challenge, touching the lives of most Alaskans and yet it is not well understood and often is difficult to treat effectively.
In conjunction with National Arthritis Month in May, the Pacific Northwest Chapter of the Arthritis Foundation and the Alaska Arthritis Program have teamed up to offer our second annual free public forum in Anchorage.
WHAT: Arthritis and You: A Public Forum to Help You Take Control of Arthritis
Health fair highlighting local resources and information from the speakers.
