Alaska Trails

Department of Natural Resources, Division of Parks and Outdoor Recreation, Alaska Trails Program

Provides information about the Alaska Trails Program in DNR. It includes a description of the Alaska Trails System, a series of 41 trails around the state that are officially recognized for their recreational, scenic, and historic value. Trails in the Alaska Trails System are in each region of the state, and are broken down on this website with information about difficulty, length, allowed uses, etc.
