Life Safety Code

Life Safety Code Inspections (called surveys) are required for certain health facility types that are certified by the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).  These surveys are performed by the Alaska State Fire Marshals Office, Life Safety Inspection Bureau.
