Watch for your pre-printed renewal in the mail and
complete on time to ensure there are no breaks in coverage

new citizenship/identity requirements, etc.)
- SIGN your application
- Mail application and documentation in envelope provided to the address shown on the application. If you have questions about Denali KidCare or would like an application mailed to you, please email us at denali.kid.care@alaska.gov
- If you need additional help, please call or visit a local Public Assistance office.
