• OCS’s Bergvall receives national award

  On April 19, the Administration for Children, Youth and Families presented the Commissioner’s Award in Washington, D.C., to Gudrun Bergvall of Juneau, OCS Social Services Program Coordinator in the State Office. This prestigious award is given to one person from each state who makes an exceptional contribution to the prevention and treatment of child abuse and neglect in their respective state. For Bergvall, this award is well-deserved, colleagues said.
