First Lady's Volunteer of the Year Awards

First Lady Sandy Parnell has invited all Alaskans to submit nominations for these awards, which began with First Lady Bella Hammond.  The awards recognize people who have made a significant positive impact through their long-term volunteer service. First Lady’s Volunteer of the Year Awards. 

Nominations are due by March 1, 2010.  More information and nomination forms are available on the Governor’s website at http://gov.alaska.gov/parnell/governors-office/volunteer-awards.html.  Forms are also available at the Governor’s offices in Anchorage, Fairbanks and Juneau.
